Without a tracking you can't
If its a legitimate offer then it would be delivered by Pos Indonesia so might be worth checking with them

But royal mail always give tracking to a client or not? Bcs the agency said that royal mail didn't gave them the tracking numbers. So I have to go to the pos indonesia office? Thanks for the reply
No tracking is an extra option that has to be paid for, its not standard.

Oh they paid for that.. so what do you suggest that I have to do now? They said that maximum 4weeks for the package to land here in Indonesia and its been 8 weeks now...
Snaggletooth wrote:If there is a tracking number, the only way to get it is to ask the sender.
Yes I asked them a few times. And now they said that they were claimed a raise to RM to know where the package is and why it hasn't landed.. But I don't understand that.. Is there any chance the package is held on pos Indonesia?
Of note, books / newspapers / magazines and lithium batteries are banned. Lithium batteries are found in all mobile phones, tablets & laptops, many types of watches etc.

No, the prize is a autographed football shirt.. Normally, how does it takes for the prize to land from UK to Indonesia?

Can you please check and reply to a message from "B Engaged" agency. They said that they already raised a claim about the tracking and now waiting for Royal mail to reply.. Thank you
We are NOT a Royal Mail site so we cannot reply to their message.
If you sent it as a PM I hope you asked the members permission first.

Oh I don't know that. So how can I get in touch to Royal mail? I'm not the one who sent it. But the agency raise a claim by them selves and now they're waiting for the royal mail to reply
They will either reply or they won’t. What they won’t do is go one way then change tack because they receive a message from someone else with no new information in it: that would be a strange way for an organisation to behave.
Also, if it is stuck at Indonesian customs, as seems likely, then RM have no control over what happens.

So what do I have to do if it's stuck at the customs? Because it's only a shirt and the weight is not over 2 kg
