Anyone able to help me please? Need to know how I can intercept a letter sent to SA via Royal Mail in error instead of via courier. It is sitting at Bristol Mail Depot in Filton

Sorry a lot of issues here, but ultimately we can't help we are not Royal Mail.

Issues:
1. If we could have helped it would have been better to post in the Customers Forum (Angard and Mail Centres are the employee's sections for their functions).
2. Its illegal to stop post once it's been dispatched, even if requested to do so by the customer.
3. It left the UK this morning.
4. I deleted your mobile number because of security issues.

If it won't reach the addressee because of an issue with the address then as long as you had a return address it will should come back eventually.
