Hello everyone! My friend just went back to his country for long holiday and his special delivery arrived today(card). I made a redelivery but on card it says "If someone else is collecting, you must give them your ID and this card".
He asked me if i can receive his parcel from royal mail ?

Can i receive Special Delivery for other person?
Re-delivery should be fine as RM deliver to an address and not a person. The ID requirements only apply if you were collecting the item in person from the collection point.
