USING STAMPS TO PAY FOR PARCEL
I have a full book of stamps I want to use to post a parcel. Can I sell them back to the PO over the counter and get an adjusted stamp (i.e. full amount) please? Many thanks.

USING STAMPS TO PAY FOR PARCEL
No, stamps are not refundable. But you can attach stamps to the parcel until you are just under the price then pay the few pence difference to the Post Office, as long as the parcel is using a Royal Mail service. Note that the self service machines can't handle that transaction, you will need to go to the main counter.
