hi
I am expecting a rather important piece of paperwork and have just realised I have cocked up the address I provided.
My name is correct and so is the post code and village name.
Incorrect is the house number and street name.
the house number and street does exist and is literally round the corner from my correct address.
Is the most likely scenario that the letter will get delivered to the addressed house or do you think my postman would notice and put it through my door?
cheers

1st class letter correct name and postcode but wrong house number and street
Either is possible, it depends if your regular postie knows you, and whether they are working or not. Might be time to meet the neighbours. Is the most likely scenario that the letter will get delivered to the addressed house or do you think my postman would notice and put it through my door?
cheers

well looks like the item isnt going to arrive..
have since discovered that the post code doesnt match the street name on the envelope.. although it is the postcode for my street which is right next to it!
still would have thought that it would have been delivered to either me or the address on the label..
