I missed a parcel on Thursday, so arranged for it to get redelivered today yet it has not arrived unless it is likely for it to arrive after 3pm still. I am just unsure why it hasn't arrived today despite it being arranged for redelivery? The postman came at 11am and posted a letter through my door, so I assumed that it would come in a parcel van yet nothing.
Can anyone help? I definitely arranged for redelivery
