Delivered but not delivered
I been waiting at my parcel in Canada. I tracked it on Canada post and it doesn't exist. Why you saying it was delivered when I didn't receive anything

We aren't Royal Mail so we can't give an official answer.
We could give you some insight and advice, but you haven't given us a tracking number so there isn't much to go on.
Also, Royal Mail doesn't deliver in Canada they rely on CanadaPost to deliver international items in their country so it would be them saying it was delivered.
