Hi there!
Tracking: LX709542688US
My parcel received the update "Your item has left our International Logistics Centre and is on its way to you. More information will be available as it travels through the network."
I'm just wondering what this means as since then I've not had updates for two days since and normally it doesn't take that long to get from anywhere in the UK to my door. Was hoping to have this for Valentine's Day as it's a gift for my girlfriend. If there's customs charges (which I was expecting anyway) how long does it normally take to get a grey card and then receive the item?

I would give Royal Mail a call in the morning, that doesn't look right.
Call 08457 740 740. Be careful of using Google for this, there are firms trying to fleece you by giving you a premium rate number.
