Can anyone please tell me how long i should wait before asking where my item is, and who will i need to contact at Royal Mail.
My item from China was sent via SpeedPAK tracking. The last info update on eBay was on the 26th January.
Since then there has been no new info on my parcel. the last update was " Jan 26, 2019 08:55am Atherstone Intl RDC, We've got it".
I bought the item on the 17th January and someone else bought the same item on the 21st and has already got there's.
My tracking number of ES1000158942843OW01010001C0A does not work on the Royal Mail track and trace website.
The seller is away until the 12th Feb so i can't contact them at the moment.
any help would be great,

That's not a valid tracking number for either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Sometimes Chinese companies send stuff to a warehouse in the UK how then forward it on via Royal Mail Tracked

Well i have found my parcel.
I had a nice letter from royal mail asking for £12 in charges before i can have my parcel on Monday.
In the parcel are 2 items that i bought from china. Both item are under the £15 HMRC.
But it looks like the seller as just put the total down. So i've had to pay the extra money.
