I am hoping someone can help me - not looking for help with Signed for - this is for Tracked 24/48.
I have bought something and they have told me they have sent it Tracked 24 BUT they cannot provide me with the tracking number because this is not sent until it is at RM depot. Is this true? If you are posting via that service, do you not get the tracking number when you prepare the parcel?
Secondly, apparently even though it has been 'dispatched' they can recall the parcel and cancel my order. I know with other RM services, once it is with RM that's it, you can't get it back.

The information the sender has given you is incorrect on both counts. If they have posted something tracked to you they will have access to the tracked item number.
