From 26 December and 18:30 pm my parcel(which I sent from Greece one week ago), has got by Royal Mail in heathrow sorting center. In which day have I to expect the delivery??? It is a surprise present to my friend in England and as you can imagine She doesn’t know anything

It depends how long Customs take in deciding whether to check it or not, also even Royal Mail wouldn't be able to give you a specific date beyond that it 1 to 3 working days once they, Customs, have cleared it for onward transmission.

Yes I know that, but when I tracked the parcel by Royal Mail site, the message I saw is : we have got it, more details will be available when the parcel will travel through their network .
Logically, the parcel has passed the customs check,
Let me know that the parcel was in customs from 24 December...

The number doesn't seem to be recognised on the RM website.
