My Item was not given any Tracking Number?
I bought an Item on Amazon on the 19th of November, the item was then shipped via Royal Mail to my country, Indonesia. It was expected to arrive on Dec 4-Dec 19, but there hasn't been any signs of delivery to my house. The seller didn't give me any tracking number to locate my items. I've went to the nearest post office, they said that I should've been given a Tracking Number, but I don't have one and it's been a week late, can anyone help me?

Royal Mail services only have a tracking number if the sender pays the extra money to have one. You need to contact the seller and ask them about that. We can’t do much without a tracking number.
It could be that the thing you bought was not allowed in the mail, either under the international rules or local Indonesian rules. What did you buy?

Books are not allowed into Indonesia by mail (click the link below then click “prohibitions”):

So it has probably been confiscated by customs at your end. If you are lucky, Royal Mail will have noticed and returned the parcel to the sender without sending it to Indonesia: the only way to find this out is to ask the sender.
