December delivery time?
I'm waiting on a parcel that was posted on 17th Dec, 1st class, England > Northern Ireland. It's been five days and there's no sign of it. Realistically what are the delivery times at the moment? All the website says is "we aim to deliver within 1 working day", which isn't true at the best of times and certainly not in the Xmas period.

If not arrived yet I would expect it over the weekend, some areas will be delivering Sunday if they have a backlog, or Monday.
