According to my 17Track tracking, my parcel from China cleared customs and went to processing on 29/11/2018, but I have not yet received it. Please could you tell me what has happened please.

We'll try and offer insight and advice, but we are not an official site so please take that into account. However, you haven't given us any information like a tracking number or a print out of the tracking. But my best guess is that its caught up in the backlog at customs.

That number is not trackable by Royal Mail, they may have sent it by another courier, or as in some cases, changed the tracking number to a UK one when it arrived at the Companies own warehouse.

Some Chinese companies have warehouses in the UK and will send an order there for them to change it to a UK order, yours might be one of those, check with the sender or YunExpress to be sure.

Thank you, tried Yun and got same result. I think there will be VAT to pay on the order and thought it was the Post office that collected that.
