Hi, please need your help. I send my parcel on the 11th of this month from UK to France. I have a track number. But when i tracked, I don't have any update. Can you explain to me why. Thank you very much for your help

It wasn't stuck in France. It was stuck here for 8 days. Royalmail never replied or answered me the why. But Am happy is in France now. Hope my son will get his christmas present by saturday or monday.
