Delays on 2 parcels from turkey

Good morning everyone I use the local signed for services often here in turkey to send small packages to my daughter in the UK. Every parcel is checked and sealed by the post office before sending. Most often it is knitted items. This time I sent 2 separate parcels on 21st November 2018 for my new born Grandson and pair of jeans daughter left here back in 2017. On tracking it states they are stuck in Langley since the 25 November 2018. I have fones hmrc nothing showing for tax I have fone royal mail they can do nothing I have fone post office here in turkey nothing they can do. I have emailed Langley at hwdc as adviseductive no response and I phone langley 20 times a day an no one picks up the fone. The items I sent are only value at 5 pound sterling altogether. It is sentimental packages for my newborn grandson and the longer they in customs I worry not arriving or being delivered too late and too small. The package numbers are

PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE HOW I CAN GET THESE RELEASED AFTER ALL THIS TIME

I am afraid there is no way to get them released. The customs department is a government department and they, therefore, have the last word on what gets checked and when it gets released.

The only good information I can give you is that we have had a lot of queries from around this date on this unofficial site so it looks like that's when the Christmas backlog started. Hopefully, it will be released soon.

I have checked both your codes and neither one is recognised which indicates to me that it is more than likely stuck in customs with a batch of mail as suggested above.
