Agree entirely Dennis, but am currently finding it even worse than diabolical. It's now a week since I sent everything in and despite previous quick replies by email (after Richard Kirwan got involved things started to happen) it all seems to have reverted back to a black hole ..... not a peep from anyone. I've had no acknowledgement that they have my forms and nothing about when my pension & lumps sum will be paid. Now worried pension not going to make December payment, if it doesn't then it'll be in arrears and dread to think how they'll cope with that.Dennis Lewis wrote:Yes email the CEO - he seems to be on the ball. This is absolutely diabolical though. In all my years I have never met anything like it. We should not be having to chase things up like this. Capita have had or will get £31 M to administer our pensionsJKelly wrote:Email the CEO Jon.lewis@capita.Co. UK outline what you've stated above. I along with others have done this and got a result. Give it a go.
Thanks for the advice. I will give it a go.
It's appalling (is that worse than diabolical ?) that at every step I have to chase things up. Will be emailing Richard Kirwan again next week and if still no reply then going back to Jon Lewis. Though I wonder if he'll start ignoring us too soon - he must be getting fed up by now.
Keep at it everyone, I don't think we can afford not to chase things up, pain though it is, otherwise I think we slip back down the pile again.
