Parcel held up outbound at Langley
Hi iv posted a tracked parcel from uk to usa on 29/10/18 its showing as cleared and sent to the onward carrier on the 30th, usps havent recieved it their end, why is this? Customer services have been no help whatsoever. And wint look into it untill the 3rd dec!!! After its been missing 5 weeks!!!Needless to say the event for my friend in usa will be missed....im not a happy bunny!!! I cant get help or answers from anyone.

Sorry but we are not an official Royal Mail site so can't give you an official response.
However, we can try to give you advice or insight and it would help if you described the contents (USA has prohibitions and restrictions on what can be sent there) and either a screen-grab of all the tracking status, or just the tracking number.
Failing that you could try @royalmail on twitter.
