It was due for delivery today by 1pm but it's now nearly 4pm and the tracking hasn't updated since yesterday evening with:

Special Delivery tracking says "Item Despatched to ‘dispatchToLocation’"
I think that 'dispatchToLocation' is a glitch in the tracking system, since corrected.
It's late, and the sender is entitled to a full refund on the postage fee as a minimum. It isn't entirely unknown for there to be a 24 hour gap in the tracking, for instance the lorry breaks down and the load misses it's slot for sorting that night at the Romford end. I would get worried about the item being lost if you don't see more tracking by the early hours of tomorrow morning.
