Hello,
A friend has sent me an important package, using international tracked and signed. I need this package as soon as possible. Sadly ever since the last update on the 24th of October at 2:55 pm I have not received any updates. I have checked the Spanish post and they have not received any package. I am becoming increasingly worried that this package may be lost. I have already called royal mail, and all they could say is that all the information they could provide was on their website. What should I do now?

What's the contents? Possibly it might be something that Spanish customs don't allow
