Dears, good afternoon! I'm waiting for the package ordered from Amazon.de since from August. Final delivery date was 8th of September, but still have no any data. Seller on the Amazon.de gives me a tracking number AAA701908754GB, but it's not working on the Royal Mail website. Please help me to find my parcel.
Delivery address is Narva, Estonia.

1. Its not in the correct format which should be AA 1234 5678 9GB. However even tracking it with 2 As instead of 3 (ie AA701908754GB) - its not recognised.
2. Ordered from the German website it wouldn't have a GB number unless it was coming from somewhere in the UK.
3. If they did send it in August its way over any delivery date possible so its either lost in transit or being delivered by another method other than Royal Mail.
You need to go back to the sender or Amazon and ask them to confirm details, also under distance selling regulations, it's up to the sender to sort out any delivery problems. I would be asking for a refund now if I was in your position.
