Good evening all,

So firstly I bought some goods from EBay and the seller promises the item was posted 16/10/18 however tracking showed it was at national hub this afternoon but is now showing latest "seller preparing item".

Can someone take a look please?

FWIW I'm in eactly the same position with a "Next Day Special Delivery" Posted 15/10/18 and tracked as received at the sending PO (JS219303573GB) then "seller preparing item" later that day, and in the two days since then - nothing (and of course no delivery). There's clearly some serious problems in Royal Mail at the minute.

FG707717112GB According to the latest track and trace thats due delivery today.

JS219303573GB - was delivered about an hour or so ago.
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.
