Package says Delivered

Hello,

I have this tracking number LP212074045GB that says the item was delivered on Rayleigh on September 4th, the problem is that I'm from Chile and I'm not sure if this is normal?

I've been buying from the UK for several years and this is the first time a tracking number starts with "L", they always start with "R", does it work different for this kind of service? Chilean Mail says the service can not be tracked online.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to contact the seller in the UK so they can chase Royal Mail. There is another tracking status but when I google translate that it says fourth floor, third storey which makes no sense.

Of course, Chile has restrictions and prohibitions on what can be sent there - have you checked this item was ok (even if the same item got through in the past).

It was a purse and a cardigan, I don't think there's a problem with that kind of products.

In the tracking page says Delivered in "TERCER PISO" (Third Floor), that is part of my address but no way the parcels arrive here so quickly, at least is two weeks when I'm lucky.

I contacted the seller and they told me that the package was returned to them. If I didn't asked I would have never known

At least the items weren't lost as I was afraid.
