Hi guys, More than a week ago I ordered an item that was shipped by the seller to my hometown Sofia (Bulgaria) via Royal Mail. The tracking number he gave me is Rn2357937gb, but it’s not getting recognized by either Royal Mail or Bulgarian Postal Service. Can you please shed some light on what the case might be? Thanks much!!

That isn't long enough - get the sender to double check the number it should be in this format (A=Letter N=Number)
