Lost parcel
I am trying to track a parcel which has been sent from Canada, Royal Mail track n trace confirms it was at Leeds mail centre over a wk ago and it still hasn’t been delivered, I need this for Friday and would appreciate an urgent response. Thanks

Sorry, but we are an unofficial site and can only offer advice on an unofficial basis.
Your best bet is to contact Royal Mail on twitter @royalmail. they have a pretty good reputation.
