Is my item stucked or lost?
Hello. I'm waiting for a parcel it has been scanned Friday Sept 21 in Langley HWDC but there has been no movement since Friday at 01:26AM Destination country Denmark. Can you pls help? BTW It should have been here Monday or Tuesday. But no further movements. I haven't try that before.

It's probably stuck in Danish customs. Is there anything in it that Danish customs don't allow? Any lithium batteries in the parcel - they can sometimes cause problems?

Nothing at at this type at all. And I always receive a message when it arrives in Denmark. Asked Danish Post Nord, and they told me that it did not arrive in Denmark, and normally it always says on the track when it is leaving UK. This time there's only this last scan that it has been received in Langley HWDC.
