Can anyone explain why this might appear in tracking, appears to be lost in limbo.

Packaged dispatched and then arrives a few minutes later
Could be the person scanning the items in, done so after the person who scans them out, scanned them out. Might be worth popping down to your local delivery office of phoning them to ask them if your item is sat there awaiting payment of a customs charge

Thanks for the reply. Shouldn't be any customs charge as Denmark is an EU country. I have a few deliveries and had a quick chat with my postman who is very helpful. Unfortunately it is not at the local depot. I am not sure if the Southampton Mail Centre has a public facing desk either.
I have contacted customer services, spoken to the mail centre to no avail. Extremely frustrating as not inexpensive package!

Yes, printed labels and very clear. Unfortunately another packages seems to be going the same way with extacly the same situation. Again international from Denmark.
