Ahhh that is actually really frustrating, I'm scared it might get lost... not so much about the money but that it was a present for someone and its been like a month already so fingers crossed it arrives eventually like anytime soon lets hope...

So,
I sent a return package from Portugal to Amazon.co.uk returning center in Great Britain with tracking the number RH239453988PT on 13th of September.
Since 15th of September the package hasn't moved from Langley HWDC center.
Can you please update me about the package status and delivery date?.

Good afternoon room, my name is sam from Lagos, i have an issue with a parcel sent for U.K. Since on the 5th of September and I tried to track it the response I am receiving was in transit and it's still located at the Langley HWDC custody up till date please what can i do?

You need to talk to whichever service you sent it through in your own country - they will then contact Royal Mail and hopefully sort it out.

Just a reminder though we aren't Royal Mail so we won't be able to help at this point.

The sender have contacted the Royal Mail herself and she was told that the parcel has been passed to it delivery destination, that they won't be able to track it once it leaves their custody, when I tracked it, it was located at the Langley hwdc since 7th of September I don't know if I have lost the item or package.i just want to know if there's any issue at the Langley hwdc concerning parcel sent from U.K. To Nigeria

It is unusual for outward parcels to get stuck there unless the contents are something not allowed in the mail. What did the parcel contain?

The content in the parcel is a disk and a letter sent for a specific purpose I don't know if the sender added something else to it and if peradventure it happens that the sender added something like money to it will the parcel be returned to the sender or they will take it and send the letter to the receiver?

The disk and letter should be fine (assuming you mean a CD or similar). If there was something else then that could be an issue, Nigeria has a long list of restricted items. Another common source of problems is the lack of a CN22 customs form.

If there is a problem then it will be returned to the sender if RM can find a return address: this happens much faster if the return address is on the outside.

You can give us the tracking number or, if you prefer, copy & paste the tracking information (the latter is of no use to anyone else).
