Lost parcel

Hi All
What can one do if can not find what as happened to a parcel that arrived at Heathrow on the 19th May at abt 03:00
can not remember the time it's that long ago.
The parcel arrived from the Ukraine a parcel containing 1000 qsl card ( ham radio qsl cards ) I have had cards from this printer before
and no problem, but this is the first time they have got lost.
I have been intouch with the print and he said he will send another batch, but untill now NOTHING unless they come today ?
PS: is there any way to ask Heathrow parcel dept ?.

I have a parcel stuck in HDWC too. It seems there are many people in the same situation. I am seriously thinking about making a post about it and having us all meet up and take a nice visit to Langley and see for ourselves what's going on. Because nobody having an answer is absolutely unacceptable.
