I have a parcel expected at my home address, it seems to have made it to the right delivery office (Grantham) however the tracking is showing as delivered to my PO Box at 5:08am this morning. I don't have a PO Box so how can this be possible?
Surely a home address can't get mistaken for a PO Box address?

This is the procedure when Customs inform RM that there is a customs charge due, and the item is trackable.
Shortly you should receive a grey card which will have instructions on how you can pay, and claim the item.
