It is well past the normal time. If it is stuck at that point then it is waiting for customs clearance and there is no way of speeding it up. Either your item has been randomly selected for extra checking or there is something in the parcel which is causing a problem. What is inside the package?

There is nothing costly in the parcel. There are devotional items. If i have to pay some custom fees, how would i get to know about it ?

\you will get a grey card from Royal mail if they are to deliver it, other companies have different processes.

Ok, it will be royal mail for sure. Till now i haven’t received any card. Delivery address is of my office. Is there any contact number with whom i can check ?
How the custom fees is calculated ? Like is there any threshold amount over which custom fees will be charged ?

The threshold for tax on goods you bought is £15. Above that amount, tax is charged, plus a handling fee.

https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

“Devotional items” unfortunately does not really help as to whether they might get stopped or not. A good starting point would be to tell us what they are made of.

I ordered some stuff from India which includes one show piece made of brass, one show piece made of white metal etc. The total cost was around 80£ including shipping charges.

Have you asked whoever deals with delivered post in your office if a grey card has been received? What's your company's policy on surcharges/custom charge? Do they automatically refuse any items with a surcharge or custom charge?

This is very unlikely to cause a problem when examined by customs, but it will incur tax.

Only if its trackable and then only on the tracking site. The current status is one generated by India Post, it may be better to chase from their end rather than this end.

I ordered a package from Poland at the beginning of October and it’s been at Langley since the 13th and the tracking says it is still there. It was supposed to be here in 5 days.... it was also a birthday present which is now very belated and pretty pointless.
Will I ever get this package?
It’s only a Apple Mac case and has been held for over 3 weeks. So frustrating!

It's most likely stuck in customs, until customs release it then there's nothing that either Royal Mail or Royal Mail's counterpart in Poland can do

My letter RR201775949PL, containing a sheet of paper has been stuck there since 8th of November. Nobody at RM Customer Service can tell me what's going on. Every person I speak to tells me something different. Any chance the letter will ever be delivered? It contains important document... Why would it be stuck at customs?

Customs choose batches of mail at random for closer inspection, if your item is in one of the batches chosen it'll take longer to clear customs
