Outgoing parcel stuck in customs
Hiya, I have had an outgoing parcel due for Canada stuck at Langley since the 3rd of June (23 days). I know that there is little that you can probably do, but its just a box containing a fancy dress outfit due for a customer in Canada. Man made fibres and some wire. I have had no updates or notification. Can anyone here tell me if this is usual or how to proceed with a claim please?

If you mean a parcel going from the UK to Canada that stopped at Langley then no, that isn't normal, it usually indicates that there is a problem with it. Did you attach a CN22 customs form and your return address / name to the outside of the parcel?
