Hi
Can anyone help me i sent a parcel from uk to poland and i know it gets handed over to gls delivery service. However on my tracking it shows it has reached warszawa but has been stored in the warehouse. Why would they store it there and not deliver it?

I wonder if you can help me. I posted a parcel from uk to poland and i know it gets handed over to gls delivery service. However on my tracing it shows it has arrived in warszawa but has been stored in the warehouse. Why would they store it and not deliver it?
