Hi,
I'm SURE this has come up several times before, but I can't find a decisive answer:
I have a reference number (ZI214330577GB) which, until a few days ago, came up with the 'pending' blurb. However, I've been checking it for the last 3 or 4 days and it's now saying:
Barcode reference ZI214330577GB is not valid
What does this mean?? I'm a bit worried, given that I thought this was a 48hr SD.

Track and Trace: Barcode reference not valid :(
If it was showing as pending and is now showing invalid I suggest tweeting @royalmail they have access to a better track and trace system and may be able to check it out. It may be that the company has changed the method they are sending out by as Special Delivery is usually due by 1pm the next working day after dispatch and track 48 is a different service entirely.
