Royal Mail returns tracked 48

Post by FiatMail »

I sent an item using Royal Mail returns tracked 48, when at the post office the guy had trouble scanning the barcode so entered the code instead, I sent the item yesterday and I have just checked tracking and it still says, item accepted at post office, and this was over 24 hours ago now, surely the track8ng page should have updated, i am really worried does anyone know if this is normal?

You don't need to worry about it. Whenever you return something to an online shop (or similar) and they provide a return label, your role is to get the parcel to the collection point and keep the receipt they give you. Any problems after that stage are between the carrier and the retailer, they do not affect you.
