Can anyone please help with tracking on this parcel?
That's showing all the signs of an incomplete address, it might be worth checking with the sender to make sure they have the correct one.
Although it could simple be that the address label has been damaged in some way. I'd would sugegst contacting the sender and see what they advise. It you want you could call customer services they may have more information as their tracking systems have more information than is publically available.
