Since 27 days are gone after the letter with V5C document was sent to me from DVLA.
I was wondering do they include the name and the address on the outside of the letter, because
one girl from (Interlogistics - GLS who delivers mail form royal mail in Bulgaria) told me they receive a lot of letters and packages without names, and in fact they might received my letter, but unable to find out which one is mine.

If the envelope is of the type that has a window, it's quite possible that the address has just dropped outside the viewable area of the window as it's passed through the system

DVLA send me an export certificate after waiting 28 days for V5C log book, in the morning today and told me wait between 3-6 weeks, I was wondered to know which type of service they used, but really sounds quite a lot.
Also not sure if customs of UK holds letters too much or another 3rd stuff, but I believe my letter with log book should be somewhere.
Hopefully this time to receive the exported certificate.

Just wanted to confirm I received the letter succesfully with V5C in it, postal service gave me a call.
