Hi after some help please my tracking number is LZ418521135US
Item has passed through HWDC on way to the Gatwick mail centre as of 0310 tuesday am, tuesday evening it states its now at the Croydon Mail centre, can anyone advise what's going on please has it been incorrectly off loaded at the wrong centre? Usually items do go direct to Gatwick for me as I'm in the RH6 postcode.

Any help is much appreciated, many thanks

I believe they use Croydon MC as an overflow when HWDC/Customs get too busy, as we have had a lot of Customs queries over the last few weeks I think this is whats happening.

Hi thanks for the reply that makes sense, is it just a holding area and then sent back to HWDC when backlog cleared or do customs do clearance there?

Yes either that or they process it out of there. Tracking says they tried to deliver it today.
