No, you can’t make a claim until 5 weeks have passed.

It is actually 20 working days after the due date for items in Europe.

No updates to date and im not the only person who used these services and theres no information where the parcels are! This makes me laugh

This is more a scam company nothing more loL

My advice to all of you who will use this for the first time is DONT USE IT! SCAM ALERT

GLS said they dont know nothing about this parcel (and some others). Then when we go back to Royal Mail they say the dont know nothing about it as well hahaha

I think they sent it to outter space to an alien with the same name as mine ROFL

I will make a claim after 5th May with the company that sold me the item. Is there any chance to receive the product after that?
Im not going to waste more time waiting for a parcel that i dont know where it is, so its better to make a claim so i can refund the money.

Hey guys. Today was the last day before i could make a claim. Soemhow, the GLS website turned to recognize my tracking number on the last day.
