Hey,
I ordered an item from abroad (China), but I then went and tracked it yesterday and it said it was delivered.
I phoned Royal Mail up and they said that it was delivered by 'BISHOPS STORTFORD PDO'
Confused because I never received the item. Can anyone help out with the whereabouts of the item?

Can anyone help out with my delivery?
yep thats looking as delivered. But its one that doesn't need a signature so it might have been pushed through the letter box.
If not, you'll need to speak to Royal Mail officially as they can get a GPS location of where it was scanned (we can't) and then they'll be able to get the local office to investigate it.
