Tracking "Pending"

Hi all,

I am urgently expecting a package from Hong Kong )international tracked and not signed) and according to the tracking it has arrived in the Victoria PDO already at Saturday but since then the tracking does not show any updates?!

Could it be that the package is lost or why has a delivery attempt not been made yet?

What are the tracking entries? Have you had a grey card in the post?

tracking is as follows and no grey card or any card so far.

If it is held up by customs and a charge would apply the package would have stopped at heathrow no? let me know if you need the tracking number.

The customs charge card would be issued from the delivery office so I suspect that may be this case in this instance. Normally should be processed in a few days so hopefully you’ll have the card by the end of the week.

Great thanks for the answers. In the mean time the tracking got some updates:

I don't really understand the first entry, what overseas? Does this mean it is going back? I will go there today and ask for the parcel as I want to avoid that the package returns...

Based on that there's probably a customs charge to pay. You should get a grey card in the post today
