Guys, the Royal Mail site says me to check the tracking code on GLS website but when i put it there it says this:

Unfortunately there are no results.
Please check your entry.
It is also possible, that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later.

I need some help because i can't track the item i purchase and i dont know what's happening because it's my first time having something from RoyalMail and GLS. On their website it says it takes 3-5 days to get in Europe.
Help please, thanks in advance.

If it says 3-5days worry after 5 days.

Thanks man, appreciated. But the Tracking code shoud work on GLS website, when tracking the package, no ? Thats why im confused bro. Thanks anyway.

It works when they actually get it, but as GLS is in Germany and RM are in the UK, and all items have to be checked by customs (security/safety/legal) there is sometimes a delay between the 2 systems.

Does it show at all on the GLS tracking yet? What's the latest couple of entries on the Royal Mail tracking?

Hey man. Its still the same. On GLS website it says this:

Googling that it looks like it might possibly have fallen foul of customs in Germany, on Royal Mail's site on the page that lists what's prohibited or restricted for posting to Germany it has (https://www.royalmail.com/germany" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;):

Igniting devices of any kind.

All GLS pass through Germany as that's where their central hub is located

It is jsut alluminium, screws and 24k gold deck lol

The company in Uk said to me that they ship products like this via RoyalMail

Vape sticks and similar usually contain a lithium ion battery. Lithium batteries are allowed in the mail in the UK under strict packaging requirements but banned from the mail in around 35 countries, including Germany.

It looks like your item is allowed in the mail but, because it looks like something that could be a problem, it is probably being held for examination while they check that it is OK to proceed. I expect that it will arrive eventually.

You can’t speed up the checking proces. However, as it has now been more than 5 weeks you can claim back the value of the postage and the contents by sending a P58international form to Royal Mail.

There is no batteries included in the package. But thanks for the response. I hope it will arrive soon
