Expected delivery late.
Today I have been scheduled to receive parcels between 9am and 1pm. No such delivery has taken place. It is now 3pm. Can you tell me the hold up please. Leamington. Phoned local Royal Mail office I get put on hold, which is a premium number and charges more to wait for a reply.

Also with such little information provided it would be difficult to be able to comment or offer insight on what appears to be a local issue.
if its a 03 number you are calling they aren't premium rate -
they are standard rate according to Ofcom

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to a 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
