Hi there, I ordered a Masquerade Mask from China on around the 25th February. Apparently from the seller, the item should take 20-30 days to be delivered. But while tracking this item, it arrived at Heathrow Airport at 3:35pm on the 2nd of March, then tracking says “Item being handed over to the local courier, waiting for local post office delivery.” At 5:35pm the same day. I really need to see if there is anyway of this item being delivered to me...
I ordered from amazon, the tracking company is apparently Flyt Express, and the tracking number can be posted if required.
I am gutted as it was for my 21st Birthday Party, and I really liked the look of this item.
Hoping it will arrive, before then or I can be given a little help.

Despite the comment on the last tracking point, the tracking does not look like it is coming by Royal Mail.

A claim is when you ask the retailer to give you your money back as the item has not been delivered in the contracted time. If bought on Amazon, there is a button next to the item in the list of things you bought on there.

F1237118022401ZR That's not a service that Royal Mail can track so it might not be coming through them.

Query Regarding Possibly Lost Item
One possibility might be that it goes to a warehouse near Heathrow who then post it into Royal Mail's network with a brand new tracking number
