Good morning. Back on 16th of February I have sent my passport to DVLA by special delivery. It has not arrived and since 17th is still in transit after it has arrived to Swansea Mail centre. I will attach the receipt with tracking number. Please help me. It's my passport!

I would check with DVLA just to double check as Swansea is their local Mail Centre and they must either collect it from there or have it delivered direct.

I do know historically this track and trace message appears and everything turns out okay most of the time.

I did check. They don't have. To be honest didn't bother much about checking properly.
