Ordered a phone from eBay back in 4th of March, the tracking has always said:
Pending
Tracking no. RNXXXXXXXXXGB
The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference RN318407359GB. Please try again later.
It says on eBay that the phone should be here by tomorrow, but I really doubt that. Plus, I was never able to track the phone's location.

Tracking pending
When it only says pending it means that it's a valid reference but there's no tracking data held for it yet.
"The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference RN318407359GB. Please try again later."
It's not been entered into the Royal Mail network yet. Might be worth checking the reference with the sender - they might have had to change it if they needed to use another service.
