I have posted a parcel on March 1st, and when I tracked the number it said first that the parcel is on its way to Casablanca, Morocco. But then after two days, it said that it's in Jubilee Mail Centre. Should I be worried or something ?

Two possible reasons are:
* The service used isn't available (eg UK recorded delivery used when international signed for should have been used)
* The item exceeded the maximum size limits

There two sets of services, one for mail entirely within the UK and Isle of Man, and the other set for mail going further*. You can’t use internal mail services for mail going to Morocco, and you can’t use overseas services for mail within the UK.

But when I track the number it says “International Signed” so Im pretty sure it is the right service. Im thinking maybe it got stuck within that Jubilee Centre because of the bad weather..!
