You - our managers - can help us to deliver meaningful change through genuine leadership.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Usual guff about Bullying and Harassment.
There are procedures in place yadda yadda, Yes there are, and then there is the `practise` of management using the bad faith routine if you do.

The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

I've just read through it and I think it's really good, well written, well thought out, aimed at competent professional managers who live and breathe their job to their absolute best ability.

Do you think they're trying to tell us something?23. When are the changes to delivery times being introduced? How will I know if I’m affected? Delivery offices will find out how they are affected three months before deployment. The vast majority – more than 1,000 – of delivery offices will see no change to start and finish times as result of this agreement. There will be no changes to shift patterns in Processing, as result of this agreement.
24. What impact will the change in delivery times have on our shifts? There will not be any change to the length of our employees’ shifts as a result of the changes in delivery times. Anyone finishing later will also start work later in the day as result of this agreement.
Those bits in bold are in bold in the actual briefing.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

RM did not learn their lesson from the last time re the incessant daily tripe delivered to our PDAs. Looks like we will get much more delivered to us via RMTV and 'special briefings' during WTLL and, no doubt, via the PDA. Only about 4 weeks before it is over one way or another.
