Hi guys,

I've been having some trouble with my parcel and I thought that maybe you could help me with it.

This is the current log:

Updated on: Sunday 28 January
09:00am
ON ITS WAY TO BARAJAS SPAIN
UNITED KINGDOM

Tuesday 23 January
09:00am
ON ITS WAY TO BARAJAS SPAIN
UNITED KINGDOM

Tuesday 23 January
03:40am
ARRIVED (MDN) AT
HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

Monday 22 January
08:26pm
ON ITS WAY TO HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
SWANSEA MAIL CENTRE

Monday 22 January
07:15pm
ITEM COLLECTED
SWANSEA MAIL CENTRE

Monday 22 January
12:32pm
SENT AT POST OFFICE

As you can see, after the parcel had arrived at Heathrow, it was supposed to be sent on Tuesday 23. It's been a week and the only update I got was on Sunday with the same exact message, On its way to Barajas Spain.

The parcel was sent with the option International Tracked and Signed so it's supposed to be fast (like 3-5 working days) so I have no idea why it's taking so long.

Could you please help me understand this and which course of action can I take?

Thank you! :)

Without a tracking number its difficult to advise but you could try tracking at GLS https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they are Royal Mails European subsidiary.

I completely forgot about that, I'm so sorry. This is my tracking number: RN477020020GB.

Still GLS doesn't give any result:
Unfortunately there are no results.
Please check your entry.
It is also possible, that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later.

if its declared and follows the very strict rules on them, then it can still be delayed whilst they are checking them out.

If they haven't declared them, or not followed the strict instructions carefully then the item can be destroyed without notification.

This is all as a result of a number of aircraft crashing and the cause being attributed partially or in full to Lithium Batteries. Yet people still don't abide by those instructions.

Hopefully, yours is the first one where everything is okay but that the Cargo handlers and Customs are just being extra careful and it's just a delay.
