About my parcel
My friend sent out a package to me on 12th of December. I have the track number and check it daily. It says it is “on the way to İstanbul”, however it hasn’t been updated since 15th December. The status of the package has been “on the way to İstanbul” for a month! Where is my package? I have no clue and that’s bothering me. I at least want to know where the package has been pending, what’s the reason behind that delay? Where can i get information from?

We aren't an official Royal Mail site so sorry we can't help. But my best advice is to contact the Turkish Postal Service and see what help they can provide.
